Serenet 4-Bedroom Townhome in Kissimmee, By Disney

I enjoyed my stay and was cheaper than staying at a five star hotel with less amenities. Positive: The property was beautiful. Unfortunately the unit I stayed in had sheet rock damage in the the upstairs master bedroom and also a light fixture was damaged in the same room. The furniture on the porch was filthy, no one took the time to wash the covers. Lastly the rear sliding door has no curtains, so I was unable to feel comfortable in the living room at night. Negative: I called the owner to advise the front entrance lights were out. He stated maintenance personnel would replace all the bulbs. Unfortunately no one ever responded.

Excellent location for Disney, restaurants, groceries and I4 - everything accessible within minutes. Gated access and 24hr security are an additional peace of mind. Property is as per photos and perfect. Would definitely come back again.
